About Me

I’m Tushar Malhotra, an educator and curriculum consultant with 5+ years of experience in teaching and skill education. I began my journey as a Teach For India fellow, teaching STEM subjects to government school students. Since then, I’ve designed national-level skill textbooks, trained teachers across 12+ states, and worked with organisations like UNICEF and NCERT. My teaching style is interactive and learner-centred, focusing on curiosity and real-world connection. I thrive in virtual settings and love creating engaging, reflective sessions that help students build both knowledge and confidence. Teaching, for me, is a way to enable potential with empathy.
